• Affirms that all information provided is truthful and to the best of knowledge completely correct.

• Confirms the authority and permission to be using the License Key.

• Understands that information submitted is stored on server.

• Understands that once any field is submitted on the documentation, it should be considered a definitive application, and will after that only be possible to adjust manually.

• Understands that a protected phrase may not interfere with any established brand.
